在疫情其間有兩家我很喜歡的名壽司店堅持不賣外帶。因為堂食和外帶壽司品質的距離真的不少，我非常尊重和欣賞兩位師傅的堅持。其中一家是以數字命名和標榜熟成壽司聞名，另外的這一家是以細膩柔和味道平衡見稱。
難得在疫情後能參加朋友的包場，再度重溫阿鴻師的幾道招牌小菜和包場釜飯外，這天的刺身壽司食材都一如以往的新鮮。
在板前享受感覺真的不一樣，真的回味無窮。
